Welcome all Merfolk; Mermaids, Mermen & lovers of the Sea! You will be enchanted by this charming apartment with a view of your sea & countryside.  It is furnished for comfort with an appreciation of all things Portuguese & romantic boho touches.
Located in a quiet area with beautifully landscaped subtropical grounds, it features a short pleasant walk to shops, cafes & the beach.

This charming apartment is located on the first floor (no lift) and has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double and the other has 2 single beds with lots of storage cabinetry. There is a family bathroom, with a bathtub.

The good size kitchen with a view to the countryside has a washing machine, cooker with an oven and the usual breakfast appliances.

The lounge has a double sofa bed. table and chairs for four, and it has a desk area! The lounge opens to a nice size balcony with sea and countryside views, with table and chairs for outside meals.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the lounge has cold/hot air conditioning.

Smart TV. Fibre optics wifi.

Private parking.

Not far from the apartment you can find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, souvenir shops, cafes and our beautiful Praia da Luz.

Weekly cleaning and utilities are included in the price on short term stays, but are paid separately on long term stays.

In winter the heating is electric and there is a gas fireplace in the living room.
